To get started with DiBest Spot: Property, you'll need to create an account. Click on the “Sign Up” button on the homepage and follow the prompts to enter your details. Once registered, you can set up your profile, list a property, or start searching for accommodations. Plus, when you join to become a host, you get free Trial access to our Tenant Self-Management Solution


2. How to List a Property


Listing your property is easy. Log in to your account, navigate to the “Host” section, and click on “Create a Listing.” Follow the step-by-step guide to provide information about your property, upload photos, and set your pricing and availability.


3. How to Search for Accommodations


To find a place to stay, use the search bar on our homepage. Enter your destination, check-in and check-out dates, and number of guests. Browse the listings, read reviews, and book the property that best suits your needs.


For Hosts


1. Managing Your Listings


Once your property is listed, you can manage it through your account dashboard. Here, you can update your listing details, adjust pricing, and review booking requests. Make sure to keep your calendar up-to-date to avoid double bookings.


2. Understanding Your Payouts


Hosts receive payouts after guests check-in. Review our Payment Policy for details on how payments are processed and when you can expect to receive your funds.


3. Handling Guest Inquiries


Respond to guest inquiries and booking requests promptly through our messaging system. Clear communication helps ensure a smooth booking process and a positive experience for both you and your guests.


For Guests


1. Booking a Stay


Select the property you want to book and follow the prompts to enter your details. Confirm your reservation by completing the payment process. You’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details of your booking.


2. Changing or Canceling a Booking


If you need to make changes to your booking or cancel it, log in to your account and navigate to “My Bookings.” Follow the instructions to modify or cancel your reservation based on the host’s cancellation policy.


3. Resolving Issues During Your Stay


If you encounter any issues during your stay, contact the host directly through the messaging system. If the issue isn’t resolved, reach out to our support team for assistance.
